Guess who!! Looked a little better back then didn't we????

Now we are employed as therapeutic communicators and do a little personal escort service on the side.
Now for the fun stuff..........GRADUATION!!!!!

If you want to know the significance of these just call me up or whatever.
I'm feeling a little tired, somewhat elated, very relieved, satisfied, and emotional.
Just kinda winding done from the party we had at our place right after graduation, a little lacking in awesome stuff to write. But anyway, nursing school is over! Can't believe that the past year went by so fast, sometimes it felt like forever but for the past couple of days it was a blur, climaxed at about 45 mins into the ceremony and then the bottom dropped out. Everyone was rushing around hugging family and friends, saying a few quick goodbyes and then they were gone.......-tear-..........Sorry-sniffles- I can't keep on writing this,  maybe later after I have a good cry I can finish it..................:--cd leading into track 11--

Awww, the joys of being a nurse! What can I say!?!?! I don't enjoy holding a guys hand for 20 mins while he gets a PICC line! And yeah, I missed an IV today, I was positive I had it and then the vein rolled! Sick,  don't know whats wrong with me. I'm losing it! But oh well............... I shouldn't beat myself up too bad for not getting into RN school this fall, can't take the RN NCLEX till you're twenty??? I had someone tell me that today, I'm not 100% sure about it though. Umm, can't think of anything really that ya'll want to know about.... Uh, tomorrow is our last day of regular clinicals, we're all going to be in leadership for the last 4 weeks of school. That basically consists of doing real LPN work, getting to hang out and do everything an LPN does with a bunch of patients instead of doing CNA work with one.(no bitterness in that statement) Guess maybe I should go and try to find out some info on Aztreonam, its one of the last drugs that I need to make a card on for tomorrow, its a new antibiotic, I think.
But yeah, just a little update to let ya'll know whats happening. Going to IA this weekend. Plan on studying like crazy the week after. Leadership after that. Then GRADUATION!!!!! 1 month, 6 days, 4 hours, 45 minutes, 20 seconds!
Don't work to hard this week, I think the 100* weather calls for swimming and hanging out wherever there is AC! Have fun, get a tan, TTYL!

Hey Hi!!!
 Whats new guys?
I had a PACKED last 7 days!
First it started out with leaving Nevada about 2 Sunday afternoon to go to the Nursing Convention in Columbia with Robert, Stephenie, and Brooke. It was an ok drive up there, no major missing turnoffs and we did keep Brooke from turning into off ramp on I70( talk about getting gray hair!). After we got there a few of us went out to to eat and get some snacks and drinks for the next couple of days. There was also some karaoke and a dance at the motel that I dropped in on for like 30 sec, kinda boring.
The next couple of days were................yeah. Didn't learn a thing to help me pass th NCLEX. But it was great, got to see a little of Columbia and work out at the gym for a while.
Wensday and Thursday, packed with tests, but that was good, kept me from going to sleep.
Friday I decided to head up to Jamesport and IA for the weekend even though everyone else had backed out on the trip. I spent the afternoon around Jamesport and after dinner that evening I headed up to IA. Just out of Bethany in the construction zone, I hit a bird.................ok, that is what I wish it was, thats what it sounded like. But anyway, after I pulled over and looked over the engine I decided the oil wasn't normal. After looking under the front with my trusty cell phone light I found the hole in the transmission. (First thought) Not good!
Sorry I had to drag you away from your softball game Bryan, really appreciate the ride though.
So I spent the night up in Leon, thanks  to Henry too! You're the best! Let me use your shower, computer, cd player, bed, and kitchen sink even though you never saw me!
John Alan came up to get me the next morning, and after a quick lunch I left, less than 15 hrs after getting there( 1/2 of that was sleep, and figure in time for eating.....) I had like 5 hrs to hang out. Long time huh?
But thats about it, got a nice nap this afternoon. Had to update my profile pic to match the layout.
My siblings are out shooting or something and they feel that I'm really missing out, guess I'd better go join 'em.

Ahh, stress, the wonder factor in life that enhances performance.
I was doing awesome, here we are winding up like crazy in school to get ready for finals and the NCLEX, and I have all of these little things that seem to get in my way.
It was enough that I am getting ready for convention and the stress of having to represent our school in a positive manner, but at the first break this morning the president decided that it would be a good idea to have me give a speech to the students that were selected for next years class............................. Ya'll know I'm awesome at public speaking and that stuff........NOT! I sweat all the way home trying to figure out how not to make myself look as incompetent as I am. So, I walk through the front door and my Mom eagerly greets me with a smile and a cluster of exciting siblings gather around me, yay, I get at least some moral support from home! But no, "would you like to play in a talent show in walker Saturday?"..... "Uh, no", "great, we've you scheduled to play a couple songs with Julia and Jason"........"wonderful!" So here I am, absolutely estactic about life in general, my talents, and all of the faith and trust in my abilities that everyone has........I dunno, but it is a great week I think I'll make it. Convention is this weekend too, thats gonna be fun. Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzis, 3000 sq ft  workout gym,  attached mall,  MU 1/2 mile away, and all expenses paid! Anybody jealous yet? I'm gonna try and enjoy myself, we are leaving Sunday afternoon about 2 and getting back late Tuesday night.
Hope you guys have a great week!

How did y'alls weekend go? Mine was awesome, got to work a whole 3 shifts. Exciting.
Hey! I like my layout! Think of it as modern art if you guys don't like it. Maybe you just need to develop tastes for the finer things in life Doesn't it look masculine though????
LOL, ok jk, that sounded a bit harsh. We started leadership in P and VC and mental health today.
I got really reiterated with the fact that I need to be more assertive!
But it turned out ok, after getting our assignments my group decided to volunteer and give our presentation first. Ugh, YAY!! We just ad libbed a skit for like 7 mins, it was actually fun, imagine me trying to act! Sorry to everyone that was emotionally traumatized by trying to imagine me demonstrating the proper role of a floor charge nurse, RN, BSN, A and P, and NBC But it went great, we provided a load of entertainment and got extra points on the presentation for originality
I am a little nervous, after posting the last couple entries by copy and pasting I don't know what to do with this empty page............
 Hmmm...........
"thats just really grand"
Had to think of that quote. And.... thats all I can think of, I'll stop listing random thoughts.
